WHY THIS PROGRAM WAS CREATED
One of the goals of Westmoreland Family Dentistry is to provide quality dental care at an affordable price. However, the cost of health and dental care continues to increase each year. In an effort to encourage good dental health and alleviate rising dental costs, we have developed an “In-House” Dental Savings program available to patients who do not have dental insurance coverage. Our dental program provides a wide scope of benefits at an affordable price to help minimize the cost of your dental needs.
This is NOT dental insurance. Enrolling in our In-House Dental Savings Plan gives you the opportunity to obtain your dental treatment at affordable prices. It cannot be combined with dental insurance or other reduced fee dental plans.

The plan is designed to provide affordability and greater access to quality dental care.
With your Dental Savings Plan there are:
- No annual maximums
- No deductibles
- No pre-authorization requirements
- No pre-existing condition limitations
- Free consultations

OTHER PROCEDURES
All other services including (but not limited to) fillings, core buildups, crowns, bridges, implant crowns and abutments, veneers, periodontics, endodontics, dentures, partials, oral surgery, and appliances will be discounted at 20%.
PROGRAM GUIDELINES
– No refund or premium will be issued at anytime if participant decides not to utilize dental plan
– There will be a $50 reinstatement fee if your plan lapses
PROGRAM EXCLUSIONS & LIMITATIONS
This program is a savings plan, not a dental insurance plan. It cannot be used:
- In conjunction with another dental plan
- For services covered under workers’ compensation
- For treatment which, in sole opinion of the treating dentist, lies outside the realm of their capability
- For referrals to specialists
- For hospitalization or hospital charges of any kind
- For cost of dental care which is covered under automobile medical
This plan is only honored at Westmoreland Family Dentistry. This savings plan cannot be used at any other dental office.
